We will be stood with a sign board in the arrivals hall of the airport, clearly displaying your name flight number and company name (if applicable). We also advise our clients if there is a Costa Coffee, then we will be stood there as it is a focal point.

In the cruise terminals we will again be stood in arrivals so you can easily identify us. We will also liase via telephone if possible.

We advise you arrive 3 hours prior too departure for all long and short haul flights.

Internal flights 2 hours 30 minutes is sufficient.

We will monitor the arrival and if a delay is showing, we will endeavour to keep in contact with you. If it's more than 24 hours, then kindly contact us. If this not possible then we will track the arrival.
